Who we are

Eduardo Tude
Eduardo Tude

President of Teleco, he is a Telecommunications Engineer (IME 78) and Master Degree in Telecommunications (INPE 81) having worked in the areas of Optical Networks, Mobile Systems and Satellite Communications. Pioneer in the development of Satellites in Brazil (INPE), he held several Management positions in Telecom companies such as VP of Operations at BMT-Bechtel Metodo Telecom, Director of Operations at Pegasus Telecom and Manager of Mobile Planning at Ericsson. He is a Jury Member of the MWC Global Mobile Awards and was a visiting professor at Unicamp and in the Regulation course at the Instituto Serzedello Corrêa at TCU.

José Barbosa Mello

Master of Science (Stanford 1974), initiated the project (1998), was President and later Vice President of Operations, Partnerships and Strategic Planning at Pegasus Telecom. He worked at Odebrecht where he was General Director of Avantel, a consortium that competed with mobile Band B, also formed by Airtouch (today Vodafone), Camargo Corrêa and Unibanco. He was a member of the board of telecom companies and President of the ICT Committee at Amcham-SP.

Telecommunications Engineer (MAUÁ 79), having worked in the areas of Data Networks and Multiservices, Mobile Systems and Supervision and Control Systems. He had leadership positions at Pegasus Telecom (Manager-Network Planning), Compaq (Consultant-Anti-Fraud Systems) and Atech (Coordinator-Project Sivam).

Vergílio Martins

Electronics and Telecommunications Engineer (FACENS-Sorocaba 1983). MBA in Business Management (2001) through EPGE-RJ at FGV and Specialization Course in Project Management at CEGP – Fundação Carlos Alberto Vanzolini. He was an Operations Manager at Pegasus Telecom and a Planning and Project Control Manager at BMT-Bechtel Metodo Telecom.
